When you or your child begin training, many physical and mental attributes will start to develop. Technical proficiency requires many physical skills. Balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, and stamina will all be acquired through out intense curriculum and promotional testing.


Discipline is a reflection of confidence and respect. Discipline develops through consistent training and positive encouragement from our instructors.  Requiring high standards of conduct and setting realistic goals helps to develop a focused and positive mindsets, thus improving one's attention span and ability to concentrate.  The attributes of training, both mental and physical, will all be carried into adulthood; This is achieved in a disciplined, respectful, fun and dynamic environment.
